1. This promo is open to all customers, 18 years old and above, who made a purchase of at least five (5) 40-kg bags of Union Cement Extra Strength (ES) or Union Cement Standard Strength (SS) from participating hardware stores in Central Luzon from September 10 to December 12, 2025.

2. Each purchase of at least five (5) 40-kg bags of Union Cement Extra Strength (ES) or Union Cement Standard Strength (SS) in a single receipt or union cement purchase slip from a participating store qualifies for a Php 10 cashback and a raffle entry.

Note: Multiple of 5 bags in one transaction will be accepted and eligible for multiple cashback values. One single receipt qualifies for one raffle entry.

5. Participants must agree to provide consent for Union Cement’s collection and usage of their personal data for servicing, advertising, and marketing purposes in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012″.

6. By joining the promo, participants agree to share their submitted data with Union Cement and authorized partners solely for the purpose of:

a. Processing of GCash cashback and raffle prize
b. Receiving official Union Cement communications and promotional messages

7. Valid entries with verified purchase will automatically receive the cash back within 48 hours upon successful transaction validation.

8. An official SMS notification will be sent by Union Cement representatives confirming the successful GCash transfer.

11. Winners will be drawn via electronic raffle under the supervision of a DTI representative on the following dates:

1st draw – October 3, 2025 (5:00PM)
2nd draw – November 7, 2025 (5:00PM)
3rd draw – December 17, 2025 (5:00PM)

12. There will be two (2) raffle winners who will win Php5,000.00 during the monthly raffle.
Non-winners from the previous raffle will no longer be eligible for the next raffle schedule.

13. The partner hardware store where the raffle winner made the purchase will receive an incentive of the same value (Php 5,000).

14. The winners will be announced via Union Cement’s Facebook post and will be notified by Union Cement through their registered e-mail and mobile number on the following dates:

1st announcement – October 10, 2025
2nd announcement – November 14, 2025
3rd announcement – December 19, 2025

15. Cash back and raffle prizes will be transmitted to the winners in the form of bank transfer or electronic wallet transfer.

16. Prior to the transmission of prize, the winner shall present at least one (1) valid ID as proof of identity via e-mail or Facebook private message to our official Facebook page – facebook.com/PhilCementCorpPHINMA

17. The redemption period is only within 60 days from the date of notification. Unclaimed prizes within this time period automatically forfeits the reward in favor of Union Cement with prior DTI approval.

Terms & Conditions:
A. Participants may join the promo multiple times, provided each transaction meets the minimum 5-bag requirement.
B. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos or discounts unless otherwise stated.
C. The promo is not transferable and not convertible to cash (except the stated cashback).
D. Winners shall pay 20% tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000 if applicable.
E. Union Cement reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and disqualify fraudulent/redemptions with incomplete or invalid details.
F. All employees up to 2nd degree of Phinma CMG including its ad agency, merchants, relatives, etc. are automatically disqualified from joining the promo.
