Data Protection Notice
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, PHILCEMENT CORPORATION (the “Corporation”) issues this Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”). This Notice outlines the Corporation’s practices and procedures for collecting, processing, and storing personal data when you avail yourself of the Corporation’s products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, entering into a contract, participating in any event, accessing its websites and mobile applications, and applying for a Notice. Please note that this Notice may be amended by the Corporation from time to time without prior notice.
1. Collection of Personal Data
In the regular course of business, the Corporation may request that you provide certain personal information to facilitate transactions or events with you, or to deliver the necessary goods, services, and/or communications related to such transactions or events. The Corporation may use and process the personal data collected about you to enable your agent to assist you in meeting the requirements of your account, or to allow your participation in an event and other similar events organized by the Corporation. This may include the publication of your name if you win, as well as for purposes related to discounts, promotions, sales, advertisements, marketing activities, and commercial communications, including direct marketing. At all times, your personal data will not be used or processed for any purpose that contradicts the law, morals, or public policy.
3. Sharing of Personal Data
The Corporation may share personal data between and among the entities within the Corporation to enable them to provide you with personalized services. The Corporation may also share personal data with your real estate agent, vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who require access to this information to perform work on behalf of the Corporation. If and when necessary, a data-sharing agreement will govern any sharing of data between and among the Corporation and/or its real estate agents, vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers. The Corporation’s websites are regularly scanned for security vulnerabilities to ensure that your visit is as safe as possible. Additionally, the Corporation uses regular malware scanning. Your personal data is stored behind secured networks

All transactions are processed through a secure gateway provider and are neither stored nor processed on our servers.

g. You have the right to be indemnified if you incur damages due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal data.
