Strategic Location - Mariveles Freeport

The Mariveles Port is strategically connected to key roadways, providing Philcement with quick and easy access to the North and Central Luzon regions.

Philcement Terminal and Port Facility was finalized after inspecting the site in the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) in Mariveles.
Philcement in Mariveles is only one of its kind and also the largest independent cement bulk terminal in the Philippines. Strategically situated in the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) in Mariveles, Bataan, the Philcement Terminal and Port Facility has its own deep water harbor, allowing large vessels to dock, do simultaneous loading and unloading of smaller vessels and even ship-side loading.
For ease of travel inland, Philcement’s Mariveles plant is strategically linked to main roadways, including North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), which gives Philcement quick and easy access to the North and Central Luzon areas.
Following Philcement’s acquisition of Petra Cement, Inc. in 2024, the Philcement Dipolog plant located in President Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte boosted Philcement’s presence in the region with its cement grinding facility and capacity of 500,000 metric tons per annum.
Together with the other Philcement facilities in key areas of Mindanao including Davao and Cagayan de Oro, Philcement Dipolog plant serves the growing and dynamic Mindanao market.
Guided by its growth strategy, Philcement Corporation will continue to expand capacity with additional facilities in order to supply more high-quality UNION Cement to the industry.
